Return & Exchange Policy:
Exchange and return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
No return or exchange requests will be accepted after the specified period.
Damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Each order is eligible for one request only: either a return or an exchange.
Customers are responsible for all applicable return and exchange shipping fees.
During free shipping promotions, customers are still responsible for both-way shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Return shipping fees range from 180 EGP to 200 EGP.
Refunds are issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If an order is refused during inspection while the courier is present, the delivery fee will apply.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a free replacement will be provided within 7 days of delivery.
