Returns & Exchanges

• Exchange and return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  
  
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
  
  
• No return or exchange requests will be accepted after the specified period.
  
  
• Damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  
  
• Each order is eligible for one request only: either a return or an exchange.
  
  
• Customers are responsible for all applicable return and exchange shipping fees.
  
  
• During free shipping promotions, customers are still responsible for both-way shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
  
  
• Return shipping fees range from 180 to 200 EGP.
  
  
• Refunds are issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  
  
• If an order is refused during inspection while the courier is present, the delivery fee will apply.
